Fellowship / Scholarship
Research support and fellowships for Master's, MPhil, Doctoral and Postdoctoral study.

Funding Priorities
The areas set out in the grants policy across all three programmes. Strong proposals advance one or more of them — consult the policy for the full list of eligible areas and research subjects.
Socio-economic Development
ICT projects that contribute to the country's socio-economic development, including work in trade, commerce and the wider economy.
Public Services & E-Governance
Projects that improve public services, help government agencies deliver to citizens more rapidly, or strengthen public administration through ICT.
ICT Industry & Innovation
Work that develops the ICT industry or creates new services through original innovation. Proposals recognised at ICT Division events are given priority.
Research & Fellowships
Fellowships from Master's to Postdoctoral level across the ICT research subjects named in the policy — from cyber security and AI to green technology and e-governance.
Nurturing Top Talent
The High Profile ICT Scholar fellowship, recognising the most outstanding and innovative graduates in the information technology sector each year.
Education & ICT Learning
Institutions using information and communication technology to raise teaching quality, reduce dropout and widen access — including e-libraries and international competition participation.
Health, Agriculture & Livelihoods
Applying ICT to health, agriculture and poverty alleviation, including support for the development of disadvantaged and underserved groups.
Inclusion, Women & Youth
Training for people with speech, hearing, physical or mental disabilities and autism, and work by women's, youth and cooperative development associations.
